How quickly can I get started with Ontap?

You can be up and running in under 30 minutes. The onboarding wizard guides you through company setup, employee import and module configuration. No IT expertise required.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

Is my data secure on Ontap?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and Ontap is registered with Kenya's ODPC and aligned with the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

What support options are available?

All plans include email support. Higher tiers and Enterprise add priority support, dedicated account managers, phone support and guaranteed response times.

Do you offer integrations?

Yes. Ontap connects with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom and ZKTeco biometric devices, with QuickBooks, Okta and WhatsApp Business coming soon. The REST API covers anything else.
